About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and document comprehensive client safety operating system
Drive consistency across all centers through systematic audits, protocol reviews, spot checks, and trend analysis
Develop an enterprise safety scorecard that provides leadership visibility into safety performance
Develop and lead recurring safety training, onboarding content, scenario-based refreshers, and leadership education
Work closely with clinical, operations, HR, and compliance teams to strengthen safety systems and accountability processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep operational expertise in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, quality/safety management, or risk management—ideally 5–10+ years in roles building or managing enterprise-wide systems
A systems-oriented mindset paired with attention to detail
Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide policies, operational standards, audit processes, or safety/risk management systems
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Excellent communication skills
Sound judgment and composure in navigating sensitive, high-stakes situations
A proactive, self-directed work style
