About the role
- Maintain and further develop a cross-brand visual identity (including design systems, templates and guidelines) across all channels
- Ensure a consistent quality level across all media
- Conceptualize, design and implement online and print media
- Independently plan, organize and execute media projects — from the initial concept to final delivery
- Coordinate and align with internal teams, external partners and printers
- Develop materials for trade shows and events
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation and adaptation of visual assets
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in art direction or as a senior graphic designer (m/f/d) — ideally with responsibility for brands and campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Solid experience in corporate design, print production and working with printers
- Strong creative sensibility for layout, typography and color, along with a high quality awareness to ensure consistent standards across brands
- Structured, detail-oriented working style, ownership mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
- High digital affinity and enthusiasm for innovation
