About the role

Maintain and further develop a cross-brand visual identity (including design systems, templates and guidelines) across all channels
Ensure a consistent quality level across all media
Conceptualize, design and implement online and print media
Independently plan, organize and execute media projects — from the initial concept to final delivery
Coordinate and align with internal teams, external partners and printers
Develop materials for trade shows and events
Actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation and adaptation of visual assets

Several years of professional experience in art direction or as a senior graphic designer (m/f/d) — ideally with responsibility for brands and campaigns
Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Solid experience in corporate design, print production and working with printers
Strong creative sensibility for layout, typography and color, along with a high quality awareness to ensure consistent standards across brands
Structured, detail-oriented working style, ownership mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
High digital affinity and enthusiasm for innovation
