About the role
- IT specialists in the System Integration field plan and configure IT systems
- Set up and operate services within their company
- Diagnose and resolve faults and issues
- Advise internal users on the selection and use of devices and on problem resolution
- Create system documentation and deliver training sessions
Requirements
- Completed secondary education (Realschule), Fachhochschulreife with a focus on computer science, or general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur)
- Good grades in Mathematics and English, and where applicable in Computer Science and Technology
- Interest in technical processes
- Technical aptitude, creativity, perseverance, and customer orientation
