About the role
- Preparation of execution drawings for floor slabs and basements
- Implementation of drainage planning
- Development of technical detail solutions
- Incorporation of material specifications into working drawings
- Implementation of customer requirements (building services, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Coordination with site management, basement construction contractors and internal office teams
Requirements
- Construction technician, civil engineer, master bricklayer/master concrete builder (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification with relevant expertise
- Proficient use of CAD systems (e.g., Bauset or AutoCAD)
- Relevant professional experience in basement and floor slab design as well as drainage is desirable
