About the role

  • First point of contact for IT-related requests and issues via phone or e-mail using a ticketing system
  • Classify incidents and requests and escalate them to the responsible specialist department
  • Analyze and document occurring error situations
  • Resolve issues within the scope of 1st-level support via remote access or on site
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Provision and maintenance of client devices

Requirements

  • Commercial, technical or IT-related vocational training
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft products (especially Windows 11, Office 365)
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and initial practical experience in a helpdesk environment are desirable
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills and a strong service orientation
  • Independent, reliable and methodical working style
