About the role
- First point of contact for IT-related requests and issues via phone or e-mail using a ticketing system
- Classify incidents and requests and escalate them to the responsible specialist department
- Analyze and document occurring error situations
- Resolve issues within the scope of 1st-level support via remote access or on site
- Create and maintain documentation
- Provision and maintenance of client devices
Requirements
- Commercial, technical or IT-related vocational training
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft products (especially Windows 11, Office 365)
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and initial practical experience in a helpdesk environment are desirable
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills and a strong service orientation
- Independent, reliable and methodical working style
