Full Stack Software Engineer

Counselor

• Understands and stay informed of the latest billing guidelines for Medicare, Medicaid, MCOs, commercial insurance and self-pay, along with collections rules and guidelines.
• Monitor unpaid balances and work with patients to help them understand amounts owed, insurance balances, payment plan options and collect payments accordingly,
• Handles escalated or complex patient accounts issues and discharges resolution.
• Identify trends and work with the Team leaders to address the root cause.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports and conduct analysis where needed.
• Maintain highest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.

• Liaise between the Business Unit (Regions), Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Team across the organization to help drive and deliver the Company's comprehensive people experience strategy.

• Co-develop and implement regional strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Review, assess, and report out on regional operational metrics and take accountability for closing gaps when targets are missed and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with Regional Medical Director to make data-informed decisions regarding processes and operations to improve regional performance and patient experience across all interaction channels.
• Manage the daily operations within the region to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide guidance, training and support to regional managers and other staff members
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of regional staff, fostering a high-performance work culture.
