About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the client portfolio for fee collection and reimbursement of expenses;
Contact clients to follow up on payments and negotiate outstanding balances;
Monitor due dates and delinquencies, performing frequent follow-ups;
Update controls, reports, and performance indicators for the department;
Provide support to partners and attorneys on matters related to fee collection and receipt;
Identify inconsistencies and work to resolve outstanding financial issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Basic English;
Prior experience in collections;
Experience in law firms (preferred);
Intermediate Excel skills.
