About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the client portfolio for fee collection and reimbursement of expenses;
Contact clients to follow up on payments and negotiate outstanding balances;
Monitor due dates and delinquencies, conducting frequent follow-ups;
Update controls, reports and performance indicators for the area;
Provide support to partners and attorneys on matters related to fee collection and receipt;
Identify inconsistencies and work to regularize financial discrepancies and outstanding items.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
Intermediate English;
Previous experience in collections;
Experience in law firms desirable;
Intermediate Excel skills.
