About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Temporary position for 7 months to cover maternity leave;
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (from job opening to hiring) for different areas of the firm, including legal and administrative roles;
  • Post job openings across various channels and screen resumes aligned with the position profile;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates' behavioral and technical skills in a structured manner;
  • Communicate with attorneys, partners, and administrative managers about recruitment processes;
  • Manage and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Organize and run internal and external recruitment events;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices for diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in law firms or organizations in the legal sector;
  • Knowledge of competency-based interview methodologies;
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gupy;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results;
  • Teamwork, organizational skills, and agility.
