About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Temporary position for 7 months to cover maternity leave;
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (from job opening to hiring) for different areas of the firm, including legal and administrative roles;
Post job openings across various channels and screen resumes aligned with the position profile;
Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates' behavioral and technical skills in a structured manner;
Communicate with attorneys, partners, and administrative managers about recruitment processes;
Manage and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
Organize and run internal and external recruitment events;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices for diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in law firms or organizations in the legal sector;
Knowledge of competency-based interview methodologies;
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gupy;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Analytical mindset with a focus on results;
Teamwork, organizational skills, and agility.
