Mid-level Human Resources Analyst – Talent Attraction & Selection

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Temporary position for 7 months to cover maternity leave;
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (from job opening to hiring) for different areas of the firm, including legal and administrative roles;
- Post job openings across various channels and screen resumes aligned with the position profile;
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates' behavioral and technical skills in a structured manner;
- Communicate with attorneys, partners, and administrative managers about recruitment processes;
- Manage and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Organize and run internal and external recruitment events;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices for diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in law firms or organizations in the legal sector;
- Knowledge of competency-based interview methodologies;
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gupy;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results;
- Teamwork, organizational skills, and agility.
