About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Specify system solutions based on business needs presented by the user community (Product Owner);
Plan, specify, manage and test integrations/interfaces between systems;
Plan, specify, manage and test data migrations between systems;
Test and validate solutions;
Serve as first-level technical support to firm staff for the use of information systems;
Configure, parameterize and perform administrative-level fine-tuning of information systems;
Modify and create system reports, including Business Intelligence;
Act as the firm's technical focal point with system vendors;
Act as a bridge with the infrastructure team;
Research new technologies and ways to improve the firm's processes through technology;
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills;
Work proactively to resolve conflicts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the role;
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields (or postgraduate degree in these areas);
Experience as an ERP systems administrator and with Business Intelligence (preferably Power BI) is desirable;
Previous experience as a Product Owner;
Experience with SAP products (ideally S/4HANA);
Prior experience working in a law firm is a plus;
Knowledge of system implementation methodologies (Waterfall/Agile);
Prior participation in projects involving information system implementations (ERP experience is a plus);
Prior experience in projects involving data migration and integration with other systems.
