About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct outbound collection activities with clients via email;
Perform bank reconciliations and post/settle receipts and credits;
Monitor incoming payments and identify discrepancies;
Work on resolving outstanding financial issues with clients;
Analyze taxes applicable to service provision, including withholding taxes;
Ensure correct classification and recording of receipts in the systems;
Conduct verifications with banking institutions to validate information;
Support the accounts receivable team in operational routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in finance with a focus on accounts receivable;
Experience in collections and credit reconciliation;
Knowledge of processing/settling receipts;
Experience analyzing taxes on services;
Familiarity with financial and banking systems.
