About the role
- Develop graphic pieces focused on external communications (institutional materials, presentations, invitations, newsletters, print materials and proposals);
- Support the creation and adaptation of layouts for social media, the corporate website and events;
- Assist with website updates;
- Ensure correct application of the firm's visual identity across all materials;
- Work in partnership with the Communications and Marketing team to create visual solutions aligned with institutional strategies;
- Propose creative improvements to strengthen the brand's image and reputation.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or related fields;
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in corporate environments, agencies or professional service firms;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.);
- Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines and attention to detail;
- Creative, collaborative and proactive profile;
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Video editing and motion design skills are a plus.
