Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Proficient building full-stack software applications used in production
  • Proficient in using agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
  • Experience using AI to plan, build, test and deploy software
  • Strong product thinking, including talking to users, framing problems, prioritising, and designing intuitive experiences
  • Habit of critically assessing work and seeking continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in the higher education industry (good to have)
  • Interest in teaching others how to use more AI (good to have)
  • Comfort working across product and engineering rather than in one lane (good to have)
