About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acting as SPOC on behalf of the company being fully accountable and empowered to drive the project to success
- Responsible of all aspects of Project Delivery execution for a specific customer, from RFI/RFQ to Launch and up to final hand-over to series quality team
- Accountable for negotiating the scope of new business with customer.
- Leading national and international projects and being accountable for cost, schedule, technology, quality and stakeholders acceptance
- Make and enforce sound decisions, to meet the project goals
- Assemble project team, in coordination with the functional department heads and create team spirit as well as assigning work to the project team
- Manage change requests and claims ensuring proper communication, comprehensive impact analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- > 3 years proven track record of leading projects related to Climate control panels/modules.with low - middle complexity
- > 2 years proven track record of leading projects related to Center infotainment displays / FID / PID
- > 2 years of experience in working in an international / multi-location team setup.
- BE/BTECH degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics/Mechanical), Business, Sales required along with formal APQP training; M.S., PMP and/or agile certification and/or MBA preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of TS and ISO Quality Systems certification requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to breakdown complexity for various levels of stakeholders.
- Manage JIRA project configurations, boards, and workflows to support clear visibility and accountability across engineering, design, QA, and marketing.
