About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, log, and resolve end-user technical support tickets;
- Assess the severity and urgency of each support ticket, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed to ensure a fast and efficient resolution;
- Provide guidance on the use of equipment, organizational access, and information security to new hires during onboarding and to existing employees when necessary;
- Maintain records of all support tickets, including problem details, actions taken, and solutions applied;
- Prepare, image/format, and perform hardware maintenance for end users;
- Ensure the confidentiality of any information accessed;
- Formally report Information Security events;
- Comply with information classification policies as defined by the organization;
- Ensure that infrastructure resources are operating correctly;
- Analyze and classify IT and Information Security requests separately;
- Adhere to the company’s information security policy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma completed or currently pursuing higher education in Computer Networks or related fields.
- Knowledge of IT support (computer maintenance, backup, etc.).
- Knowledge of computer networks;
- Experience providing end-user support;
- AZ-900 certification;
- MD-102 certification.
