About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, log, and resolve end-user technical support tickets;
  • Assess the severity and urgency of each support ticket, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed to ensure a fast and efficient resolution;
  • Provide guidance on the use of equipment, organizational access, and information security to new hires during onboarding and to existing employees when necessary;
  • Maintain records of all support tickets, including problem details, actions taken, and solutions applied;
  • Prepare, image/format, and perform hardware maintenance for end users;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of any information accessed;
  • Formally report Information Security events;
  • Comply with information classification policies as defined by the organization;
  • Ensure that infrastructure resources are operating correctly;
  • Analyze and classify IT and Information Security requests separately;
  • Adhere to the company’s information security policy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma completed or currently pursuing higher education in Computer Networks or related fields.
  • Knowledge of IT support (computer maintenance, backup, etc.).
  • Knowledge of computer networks;
  • Experience providing end-user support;
  • AZ-900 certification;
  • MD-102 certification.
