About the role

  • Participate in regular meetings with the Scrum team to align the development process;
  • Assist in transcribing documentation during user story refinements in the management system to formalize understanding of the request;
  • Participate in usability interviews with end users, collecting information to support business strategies;
  • Gather data from users and convert it into actionable information for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business/Administration;
  • Strong organizational, communication, creativity, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Availability to work on-site 1 to 2 times per month in Belo Horizonte.
  • Differentials:
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Project Management;
  • Basic to Intermediate English.
