About the role

  • Support leaders in people management routines (employee movements, feedback, follow-ups)
  • Execute and monitor processes such as: Recruitment and selection (support and interface with TA)
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Performance evaluations
  • Employee engagement and climate surveys
  • Support implementation of development actions, training and PDI (Individual Development Plan)
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related questions
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to employees
  • Monitor basic HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount)
  • Support offboarding processes, exit interviews and related documentation
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and support their communication.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology (in progress or completed)
  • Initial experience in generalist HR
  • Basic knowledge of labor/employment law
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and a consultative approach
  • Analytical mindset in development / ability to identify development opportunities for the team and the business
  • Available to work remotely with monthly in-person meetings in Belo Horizonte
  • Preferred: Knowledge of coaching tools
