About the role
- Support leaders in people management routines (employee movements, feedback, follow-ups)
- Execute and monitor processes such as: Recruitment and selection (support and interface with TA)
- Onboarding of new employees
- Performance evaluations
- Employee engagement and climate surveys
- Support implementation of development actions, training and PDI (Individual Development Plan)
- Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related questions
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to employees
- Monitor basic HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount)
- Support offboarding processes, exit interviews and related documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and support their communication.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology (in progress or completed)
- Initial experience in generalist HR
- Basic knowledge of labor/employment law
- Good communication, organizational skills, and a consultative approach
- Analytical mindset in development / ability to identify development opportunities for the team and the business
- Available to work remotely with monthly in-person meetings in Belo Horizonte
- Preferred: Knowledge of coaching tools
