About the role
- Prospect new clients;
- Visit clients to identify opportunities;
- Present offered products and services both remotely and in person;
- Conduct relationship-building activities for cross-sell and up-sell;
- Build and maintain a client relationship base;
- Consistently meet monthly targets;
- Support other sales representatives;
- Keep sales activity records up to date in the company's sales tool;
- Achieve established sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Commercial Management or related fields;
- Previous experience as an Account Executive/Account Manager focused on IT professional outsourcing/staffing;
- Experience across the full sales cycle.
- PREFERRED:
- Experience selling technology solutions;
- Knowledge of market trends and business challenges;
- Located in São Paulo or the surrounding region.
