About the role

  • Assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
  • Analyze data with standard statistical methods, interpret the results, and provide both written and verbal summaries and recommendations.
  • Design, deploy, and document predictive models to support marketing strategy and audience selection; ensure models are production-ready, well-governed, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Produce solutions that will impact the Company’s bottom line within different aspects of the company, including but not limited to: Marketing, sales, pricing, credit, partnerships, and risk.
  • Develop and optimize content ranking frameworks to guide creative assignment and iterative testing, driving improvements in conversion rates across marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure that data-driven insights align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related quantitative fields
  • 2+ years of work experience in the Financial Services industry focused on business analytics and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and/or building predictive models using statistical/machine learning techniques (e.g. CART, logistic regression, linear regression, random forest, XGBoost etc.)
  • Intellectual curiosity and aptitude to pick up new technical skills and domain knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in consumer lending.
  • Experience with list-based marketing channels (Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Paid Search).
  • Proficiency with PowerBI.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DALL·E) to enhance productivity, automate content creation, and support data-driven decision-making.
