About the role

  • Processing electronic transactions to originate new loans and service existing loans
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Coordinating with various departments along the loan origination pipeline to assist with questions and funding issues
  • Ability to research and identify discrepancies in loan activity
  • Corresponding with our funding partners regarding loan originations
  • Assist in collecting and summarizing data relating to Accounting Department projects and/or Audits
  • Completing work with highest ethical standards

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or similar field
  • 1+ years of experience in an office setting
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups)
  • Experience with accounting software preferred (Workday)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work both independently and in a group setting
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
