About the role
- Processing electronic transactions to originate new loans and service existing loans
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Coordinating with various departments along the loan origination pipeline to assist with questions and funding issues
- Ability to research and identify discrepancies in loan activity
- Corresponding with our funding partners regarding loan originations
- Assist in collecting and summarizing data relating to Accounting Department projects and/or Audits
- Completing work with highest ethical standards
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in accounting or similar field
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups)
- Experience with accounting software preferred (Workday)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work both independently and in a group setting
- Strong attention to detail is a must
