Evaluate new population segments, products, and markets to identify growth opportunities within our list-based marketing channels.
Develop business cases by monitoring campaign performance, optimize spending, and drive continuous improvements across campaigns.
Partner with the creative team to review, assign, and recommend campaign creative that resonates with target audiences. Work together to design and analyze tests to improve consumer journey.
Deliver insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as revenue, acquisition, and ROI.
Assess marketing channel performance vs. forecast to identify opportunities for optimization and scalable growth.
Build out marketing creative databases and ensure consumer universes are clean, accurate, and actionable.
Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex data and strategy into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Experience with list-based marketing strategy (e.g., direct mail, email).
Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions.
Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
