About the role
- Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
- Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquiries via a CRM system
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or relevant experience
- Must be able to work **Friday-Tuesday, 8AM-5PM EST (Weekend Shift)**
- 2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone
- Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
