About the role

  • Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
  • Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquiries via a CRM system
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or relevant experience
  • Must be able to work **Friday-Tuesday, 8AM-5PM EST (Weekend Shift)**
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone
  • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
