About the role

  • Planning and engineering of building automation stations based on functional specifications or system schematics
  • Development of modern application software for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Programming and parameterization of DDC systems and management stations
  • Performing commissioning, datapoint and functional tests on-site at customer locations
  • Maintenance and optimization of systems during operation
  • Close collaboration with clients, consulting engineers and internal departments to coordinate technical requirements
  • Documenting your solutions — from functional descriptions to user-friendly interfaces

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or building automation — or an equivalent/higher qualification
  • Knowledge of communication protocols for building automation (e.g., BACnet, KNX, Modbus)
  • Experience with programming tools such as Siemens Desigo Xworks Plus or Kieback & Peter PS4000
  • Structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for technical challenges
  • Willingness to travel for regional projects
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
