About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage new qualified clients
- Identify and capture share of wallet from existing clients
- Lead projects to enhance marketing and lead generation strategies
- Maintain and expand relationships with key business contacts
- Foster a sales culture that engages all employees in the sales process
- Ensure all client interactions and financial recommendations adhere to regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in either a lead advisor role or business development role
- Demonstrated understanding of financial planning concepts
- Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) certification
- Experience with industry-related programs such as Charles Schwab, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, Tamarac, and Holistiplan is considered a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
