Conduct hydrogeological investigations and site characterizations
Manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to meet project objectives
Translate field data interpretations and hydrogeological conceptual models into the development of hydrogeological modeling studies
Using the Python programming language, write scripts and automate modeling workflows to improve efficiency and reproducibility of processes
Collaborate with hydrogeologists, engineers, and geochemists in multidisciplinary teams
Prepare technical reports and communicate results to internal stakeholders and clients
Lead small- to medium-scale projects, including proposal development, budget and schedule tracking, internal staff assignment, and management of subcontractors
Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in Geosciences, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible for registration within one (1) year of hire
5–10 years of relevant professional experience, with a specialization in 3D numerical modeling
Proficiency in Python for modeling and data management
Experience with geotechnical or groundwater modeling software (e.g., FEFLOW, SEEP/W, MODFLOW, Leapfrog, HydroGeoSphere)
Excellent written and oral proficiency in French and English
Proficiency in an additional language is required to communicate with partners and colleagues located outside Quebec
Collaborative, autonomous, and motivated individual seeking to contribute to a team-focused work environment
Willingness to travel and work in the field, including in remote areas
