About the role

  • You manage the supply chain flows, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products.
  • Lead, manage and coordinate the planning/logistics teams across the three sites, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and skills development.
  • Ensure compliance with customer commitments (lead times, quantities, quality) and analyze variances.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain activities across the Pole's workshops and ensure smooth communication with all managers.
  • Participate in building the annual budget and its quarterly reviews.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Supply Chain
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
  • Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Leadership, rigor, analytical mindset and organizational skills
  • Ability to innovate and unite teams around common goals.
