Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the team driving the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within our Pathfinder products.
Build, grow, and lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering a new platform-native module and scalable, secure services.
Help customers discover, assess, and remediate non-human identities across cloud and on-premise environments.
Partner across product, design, and platform teams to solve complex identity and security challenges at scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products.
A strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage credibly in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs.
Experience leading teams that use AI-assisted, agentic development tools.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar.
Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment.
Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers.
Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business needs across cross-functional teams.
