About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shadow and co-teach courses with more experienced Instructors, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility as proficiency develops.
Support the delivery of training to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of Senior Instructors.
Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
Build working relationships with learners and stakeholders by providing reliable, professional support.
Actively build knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines and underlying technical concepts.
Proactively use other knowledge channels such as KB articles, Teams chats, and technical documentation.
Learn and apply team processes, instructional tools, and delivery platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS).
Seek coaching and feedback from Senior Instructors to accelerate skill development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or applicable project experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups.
Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Internship, co-op, or academic experience in training, education, or instructional facilitation (Nice To Have).
Exposure to software, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments (Nice To Have).
Familiarity with IT principles, networking, or technical subject matter (Nice To Have).
Experience with virtual delivery tools such as Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms (Nice To Have).
