HRIS Analyst
BeyondTrustHRIS Analyst managing day-to-day administration of UKG Pro systems and ensuring data integrity. Partnering with HR and IT to enhance functionality and support reporting across global teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain UKG Pro (Core HR and Workforce Management)
- Manage system transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, and compensation updates
- Maintain system configuration elements such as security roles, business rules, and organizational structures
- Partner with IT and system stakeholders to support integrations and ensure accurate data flow
- Identify and support system improvements and enhancements
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports (BI/People Analytics)
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting
- Perform ongoing audits and data validation
- Support HRIS-related projects, including system enhancements and reporting improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes
- Assist in implementing workflow improvements
- Support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Provide HRIS support and guidance to users
- Troubleshoot issues promptly
- Create documentation to support system adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years of HRIS experience
- UKG Pro experience REQUIRED
- Workforce Management experience preferred
- Strong reporting and analytics skills (BI/People Analytics)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work promptly
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting/analytics, workflows, or HR processes is a plus
