About the role

  • Provide a “first touch” to prospects and own initial engagement and nurturing
  • Build rapport with prospects and transition cold inquiries into warm, responsive prospects
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities for BeyondTrust
  • Provide qualified leads to Sales Representatives
  • Enter prospect information into Salesforce
  • Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions
  • Attend field sales meetings as appropriate
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency
  • Effective listener to understand prospect needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tool (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Software/Cybersecurity (Nice to have)
  • Experience cold calling (Nice to have)
  • Flexible, positive attitude and team-oriented
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and proactively
  • Great sense of humor; passionate, optimistic, and energetic
