About the role
- Provide a “first touch” to prospects and own initial engagement and nurturing
- Build rapport with prospects and transition cold inquiries into warm, responsive prospects
- Identify and qualify new opportunities for BeyondTrust
- Provide qualified leads to Sales Representatives
- Enter prospect information into Salesforce
- Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions
- Attend field sales meetings as appropriate
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency
- Effective listener to understand prospect needs
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tool (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with Software/Cybersecurity (Nice to have)
- Experience cold calling (Nice to have)
- Flexible, positive attitude and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and proactively
- Great sense of humor; passionate, optimistic, and energetic
