About the role

  • Respond to and qualify marketing generated leads from marketing efforts such as the website, field events, webinars, etc.
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills within sales
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in BT
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
  • Enter prospect information into Salesforce.
  • Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions.
  • Attend field sales meetings as appropriate.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams you support and become a valued partner to them.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency.
  • Effective listener to understand prospect needs.
  • Strong organizational skills.
