About the role
- Respond to and qualify marketing generated leads from marketing efforts such as the website, field events, webinars, etc.
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills within sales
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in BT
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
- Enter prospect information into Salesforce.
- Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions.
- Attend field sales meetings as appropriate.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams you support and become a valued partner to them.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency.
- Effective listener to understand prospect needs.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Strong problem-solving skills
