About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain data processing pipelines to support business and client needs.
  • Build and optimize Power BI reports for data visualization and decision support.
  • Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze datasets and extract insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in C# and Python for long-term engineering projects.
  • Ensure best practices in data quality, performance, and security are followed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in commercial software development experience.
  • Must have strong coding skills in C# and Python.
  • Must have experience with Azure cloud and Azure DevOps development.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Power BI – able to leverage Power BI functions for data processing and analysis.
  • Good to have statistical knowledge – capable of applying statistical methods, e.g., identifying variations and trends in datasets.
  • Strong background in data science and statistics (machine learning knowledge preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with data processing and ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and visualization.
  • Solid understanding of system design and coding best practices.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and modern data engineering tools.
