About the role
- Design and scale backend services that integrate Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Develop AI agents to automate complex workflows
- Build data pipelines that transform data into actionable insights
- Optimize retrieval systems to enhance speed and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML
- at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
- Familiarity with graph databases, NLP pipelines, and vector search
- Proven ability to design scalable systems and optimize for performance.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Open-source contributions, published research, or advanced AI applications preferred.
- Knowledge of ethical and responsible AI development practices.
- Experience scaling AI systems in production environments.
- Chinese language skills preferred.
