💰 $35 - $40 per hour
About the role
- Handle tasks for break-fix, deployments, and purchasing.
- Lead monthly updates and maintain lab environments.
- File and track ICMs/bugs; send daily status reports.
- Monitor hardware health, manage break-fix, and apply updates.
- Manage purchase requests, budgets, and supplier follow-ups.
- Process POs, track deliveries, and close invoices.
- Plan hardware deployments and coordinate with AzureStack and MLS teams.
- Monitor OEM alerts and coordinate downtime with CI teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English as working language
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and lab environment management.
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle, patching, and break-fix processes.
- Familiarity with internal production environments and OEM package maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage procurement workflows and vendor coordination.
