About the role
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering to automate and standardize documentation workflows
- Create and maintain technical documentation in Markdown format with a focus on clarity, scalability, and consistency
- Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to validate and enhance AI-generated documentation frameworks
- Streamline documentation processes to improve efficiency and output quality
- Ensure all content adheres to company learn standards for structure, tone, and style
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content development or technical documentation
- Proficiency in Markdown and AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering)
- Experience with automated documentation generation and workflow optimization
- Solid understanding of API and developer documentation best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and reading proficiency in English
- Ability to work in PST timezone
- Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
