About the role
- Design and maintain data architecture standards with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance;
- Support the modeling and evolution of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, relational architectures, and event-driven architectures;
- Actively participate in technical decisions on data projects, from inception through production support;
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI, and Product teams to ensure solutions are value-oriented;
- Ensure alignment with governance standards, data quality practices, and LGPD (Brazilian data protection law);
- Conduct architectural reviews and support enterprise architecture processes;
- Contribute to the evolution of data pipelines, integrations, and automations;
- Participate in technical evaluations of tools and strategic vendors;
- Serve as a technical reference in data forums, promoting best practices and providing mentorship;
- Support data-driven innovation initiatives (e.g., generative AI, predictive modeling).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Data Engineering, Big Data, or related areas is a plus.
- Hands-on experience as a Data Architect in scalable environments;
- Experience in data modernization projects, including architectural restructuring strategies;
- Experience working in multidisciplinary squads and a product-oriented data culture;
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and governance teams.
