About the role

  • Define and maintain solution architecture for core and satellite systems, focusing on high availability and resilience;
  • Ensure projects align with enterprise architecture and security principles;
  • Support technical decisions within squads, promoting standardization and development best practices;
  • Act as a bridge between engineering, data architecture, cybersecurity and product for critical decisions;
  • Conduct architecture reviews, prepare technical proposals and guide the evolution of legacy systems;
  • Continuously assess emerging technologies and architectures (e.g., LLMs, serverless, event-driven architectures);
  • Integrate external solutions such as Matera, Salesforce, AWS and OpenAI in a secure, high-performance and scalable manner;
  • Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives in delivery flows (DevSecOps);
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Res. BCB 85, LGPD) for the projects under your responsibility;
  • Promote an architecture culture through technical mentoring, documentation and participation in technical forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Software Architecture, Systems Engineering or related areas is a plus;
  • Previous experience in environments with highly transactional banking or financial systems;
  • Participation in architecture decisions for critical systems, with a track record of robust and secure deliveries;
  • Experience integrating systems with external partners and mission-critical APIs (payments, anti-fraud, onboarding, etc.);
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and technical compliance in environments supervised by the Central Bank (Bacen);
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, influencing multiple squads technically;
  • Experience in agile environments with strong connection between engineering, product and support areas;
