About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act on advisory and contentious matters related to Corporate Law.
Draft, review and analyze commercial contracts, notices, legal opinions, memoranda, corporate documents and other legal instruments.
Monitor judicial, administrative and/or arbitration proceedings related to civil, commercial, corporate, consumer, regulatory or business matters.
Support the assessment of legal risks in commercial, corporate and contractual transactions, considering business, regulatory and, when applicable, tax impacts.
Interact with corporate clients to understand their legal needs and propose practical, secure solutions aligned with the business strategy.
Conduct legal research — doctrinal, jurisprudential and legislative — and stay updated on changes relevant to the firm's clients.
Assist partners in developing legal strategies, setting priorities and providing technical direction on matters.
Manage deadlines, organize documents and ensure technical quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Initial experience in Corporate Law, preferably in a law firm.
Experience with commercial contracts, civil and/or corporate litigation and/or company law.
Ability to manage matters autonomously, with a sense of responsibility and a practical business perspective.
Organized, deadline-oriented and able to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Postgraduate studies or specialization in progress in Corporate Law, Contracts, Civil Procedure, Company Law, Compliance, LGPD, Tax or related areas.
