About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Classify accounting documents, ensuring correct allocation of information according to the chart of accounts.
  • Post accounting entries in the system, supporting bookkeeping and the organization of clients' financial and asset information.
  • Perform general account reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts, income/expense accounts, and other movements related to the accounting routine.
  • Assist with the review and organization of accounting documents, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of processed information.
  • Support the preparation of reports, statements and internal controls related to the accounting routine.
  • Provide support to the accounting team in addressing client requests and preparing information for monthly closings.
  • Use accounting systems for recording, querying and monitoring information; experience with the Domínio system is a plus.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Knowledge of accounting entries and document classification.
  • Experience or knowledge in general account reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems.
  • Experience with the Domínio system is considered a plus.
