About the role

  • Provide service to and develop a portfolio of clients based on relationship-building, market analysis, product line and store profile analysis, monitoring customers' inventory and sales, and creating opportunities;
  • Gain a deep understanding of the products and services offered;
  • Identify customer needs, such as: training for store sales staff, demonstration products for display, POS (point-of-sale) materials, and retailers' questions or concerns;
  • Negotiate payment terms according to pre-established rules;
  • Manage any merchandise returns;
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans;
  • Analyze markup and margins during order negotiations;
  • Analyze and develop supply and replenishment strategies;
  • Analyze product distribution and allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
  • Previous experience as a sales consultant;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Reside in São Paulo or the São Paulo metropolitan area (ABC, Osasco, Cotia, etc.).
