About the role
- Provide service to and develop a portfolio of clients based on relationship-building, market analysis, product line and store profile analysis, monitoring customers' inventory and sales, and creating opportunities;
- Gain a deep understanding of the products and services offered;
- Identify customer needs, such as: training for store sales staff, demonstration products for display, POS (point-of-sale) materials, and retailers' questions or concerns;
- Negotiate payment terms according to pre-established rules;
- Manage any merchandise returns;
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans;
- Analyze markup and margins during order negotiations;
- Analyze and develop supply and replenishment strategies;
- Analyze product distribution and allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
- Previous experience as a sales consultant;
- Intermediate English;
- Reside in São Paulo or the São Paulo metropolitan area (ABC, Osasco, Cotia, etc.).
