About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
- Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
- Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
- Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are self-motivated and highly driven
- Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
