About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the development and execution of NetSuite initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts.
Lead the design and implementation of complex NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, scalability, and sustainability.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise in NetSuite.
Lead implementation projects through all phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Systems Interface Testing (SIT), and End User Training (EUT).
Define data migration strategy and lead all data migration activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance, MBA in Finance or related discipline
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience
NetSuite Certifications (preferred) - ERP Consultant, Administrator
Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills
Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services and/or industry specific experience
Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk.
