• - **Campaign Implementation and management:** Use Beyond 12’s campaign management system messaging platform to set up campaigns and audiences, target and segment messaging, and QA campaigns before deployment. Contribute to the improvement of campaign management systems and processes.
• - **Content Writing & Editing:** Write, revise, and adapt proactive outreach messages based on existing content and templates. Personalize messages for specific student audiences, platforms, and moments (e.g., deadlines, milestones, challenges). Work closely with the rest of the Student Communications team to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Contribute to our internal documentation of content best practices, reusable assets, and tone guidelines. Help elevate student voice in content through inclusive and affirming language.**
• - **AI and Digital Tools:** Use GenAI and copyediting tools to streamline drafts and improve quality. Apply organizational style, voice, and tone to licensed content. Participate in feedback cycles that may include A/B testing, qualitative feedback from students, and technical platform reviews.
