About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic management and active implementation of sales initiatives
- Proactive conversational approach
- Results-oriented generation of new sales opportunities
- Close collaboration with Regional Sales in a tandem approach
- Telephone-based account development and proactive outreach to new customers
- Targeted conversations with solution-oriented argumentation
- Consistent maintenance, documentation and assurance of high data and process quality in the CRM system
- Structured preparation and conduct of customer conversations
- Independent qualification of leads and scheduling of sales appointments
- Strategic management, creation and diligent follow-up of quotes, sales projects and opportunities
- Close cooperation with Regional Sales and support in further developing sales processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in telephone customer communication
- Strong closing orientation
- Active listening skills
- Targeted conversational approach
- Completed commercial / business vocational training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in inside sales or sales support
- Ideally with experience in a B2B environment
- Analytical thinking
- Quick comprehension
- Assertiveness
- Structured, independent way of working
- High self-motivation and self-organization
- Confident use of CRM systems and office programs
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
