About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic management and active implementation of sales initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in telephone customer communication
  • Strong closing orientation
  • Active listening skills
  • Targeted conversational approach
  • Completed commercial / business vocational training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in inside sales or sales support
  • Ideally with experience in a B2B environment
  • Analytical thinking
  • Quick comprehension
  • Assertiveness
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • High self-motivation and self-organization
  • Confident use of CRM systems and office programs
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
