About the role
- Develop, manage, and expand the network of strategic partners in the jurisdictions of interest to the company
- Visit provinces and points of sale to explain the affiliation model and ensure correct implementation
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with current and potential affiliates
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners such as Rappi, Ticketek, Deportick, gyms, and other relevant stakeholders
- Generate collaboration agreements that drive customer acquisition and brand positioning
- Develop institutional ties with bingo halls and physical operators, should that vertical advance
- Plan and coordinate commercial actions in the street and physical points
- Hire and supervise external agencies for execution in the territory
- Lead promotional campaigns in public spaces (fairs, stadiums, high-traffic points, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency and maximize impact in every action
- Monitor and analyze results from affiliates, stakeholders, and field campaigns
- Propose improvements based on data and market feedback
- Coordinate with internal areas (Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Operations) to ensure compliance and effectiveness of actions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or affiliate management
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a 100% commercial mindset
- Ability to navigate territory, visit clients, and build trust in diverse environments
- Experience coordinating agencies and trade marketing or field marketing actions
- Management of KPIs, reports, and results optimization
- Availability to travel to different provinces
- Results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication and commercial storytelling skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to move between strategic and operational
