About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and evolve the QA strategy across products, teams, and markets.
- Own end-to-end product quality across Web, Mobile, and backend systems.
- Coordinate QA efforts across squads, ensuring high-quality releases and scalable processes.
- Drive automation initiatives and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
- Monitor quality KPIs and continuously improve processes, workflows, and delivery standards.
- Mentor and support QA team members across manual and automation testing practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in QA, including leadership or coordination responsibilities.
- Strong experience in manual testing across Web, iOS, and Android.
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern software architectures.
- Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman, Cypress, or similar.
- Experience defining QA processes and automation strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English skills.
- Bonus points if you also have Portuguese language skills.
- Experience in Gaming, Betting, Fintech, or highly transactional digital products.
- Experience scaling QA processes across multiple teams or markets.
