About the role
- Lead and optimize content creation workflows
- Translate complex business objectives into precise creative briefs
- Ensure flawless execution of all creative assets
- Proactively manage and track production calendars
- Develop comprehensive toolkits and deliverables for creators, media, and sponsorship partners
- Drive efficient Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in content/creative production, project coordination, or marketing operations
- Exceptional project management skills
- Solid understanding of social/digital formats and creative specifications
- Extensive experience collaborating with agencies, creators, and diverse cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish
