About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in events, trade shows, symposia, and visits to public agencies and major contractors to identify market trends and generate opportunities for large-volume business in the short, medium and long term.
  • Provide technical solutions to clients, strengthening customer loyalty to the Betunel brand.
  • Create sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotes and send them to clients, and negotiate sales.
  • Provide guidance on margins and pricing, when necessary, to the back office for preparing quotes in the CRM.
  • Send and guide the back office regarding received Purchase Orders, including the service/delivery schedule.
  • Prepare and send the Weekly Sales Dashboard to the back office for consolidation.
  • Prepare and send the Sales Forecast (rolling forecasting) to the back office for consolidation and subsequent analysis by the Executive LID, for quota setting and support to S&OP.
  • Prepare Credit Proposals (PROC) with the minimum required information for analysis and validation of the requested CREDIT LIMIT.
  • Monitor PROCs that are nearing expiration, submit renewal requests as needed, and verify whether the customer's credit limit meets their demand.
  • Monitor the customer portfolio for payment compliance, providing support to the collections and credit teams with necessary information and collection actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge of the product portfolio.
  • Understanding of industry contracts and regulations.
  • Knowledge of customers, suppliers, funding sources and their dynamics, as well as competitors and market movements.
  • Proficiency in planning and strategy techniques, marketing, logistics and supply management, financial management of credit and collections, and business and people management.
  • Knowledge of information systems and data analysis.
