About the role
- Execute and monitor purchasing processes from the issuance of the Purchase Order through delivery and payment of the order — taking into account all order characteristics and SLAs.
- Ensure that processes are accurately recorded in the company’s systems and controls.
- Conduct negotiations and implement cost-reduction initiatives with suppliers through competitive analysis to obtain the best conditions for price, product/service, payment terms, delivery lead times and maintenance.
- Perform purchase follow-up and delivery tracking based on reports extracted from the system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in supply, purchasing or procurement.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory management and materials planning.
- Experience with ERP systems — Totvs; knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
