• Managing and coaching of the (international) finance department
• Monitoring and ensure the accuracy, digitalization, and appropriate structure of all financial accounting processes (GL, AP/AR management)
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly internal reporting (finance and non-financial KPIs) and consolidation of all entities
• Performing ad-hoc analysis for the management team, and interact with the team about business related opportunities and risks
• Interact and prepare the budgeting processes together with the CFO
• Prepare and manage finance related topics during a due diligence process
• Responsible for the preparation of (consolidated) annual statements
• Interaction and maintain relationships with external auditor(s), bank, international tax authorities and other stakeholders
• Manage digital contract registry (sales and suppliers)
• Execute international tax rulings (Dutch, US, UK) and special agreements
• Take responsibility for VAT, corporation tax and payroll tax for all entities and other related statutory filings
• Improve and maintain the transfer pricing plan and other financial compliance related matters
• Perform corporate housekeeping regarding Chamber of Commerce matters, bank relations and contract management
